Odin Diving A/S is committed to ensure the highest quality in our activities and services.

To eliminate deficiencies in the quality in our activities and services, we shall:​

• Comply with relevant legislation, regulations and other requirements to which the Company subscribes.​
• Update internal procedures, where appropriate.
• ​Implement, fulfill and develop Odin Diving A/S´ Quality Management System
• ​Provide resources, including human resources and specialized skills, organizational infrastructure, technological and financial resources, essential to the implementation and control of the Quality Management System.
• ​Ensure that the necessary skills is maintained and developed by Odin Diving A/S´ staff through a structured and detailed training and skills development course.
• ​Through the description and formalization of business processes and tasks of
• Odin Diving A/S´ management, including document management, to ensure efficient and quick handling.
• ​Pursue continuous improvement in Quality Management, by setting objectives and targets, especially in addressing the areas of staff qualifications and experience, maintenance of equipment, acquisition and maintaining of industry-approved certificates, and maintenance and development of self-monitoring procedures.
• ​Through evaluation and customer surveys to ensure that the task solutions meet and satisfy customer needs.

​Environmental Management Policy

Odin Diving A/S is committed to protecting the environment of the Earth.

To minimize environmental impacts concerning our activities and services, we shall:

• ​Comply with relevant legislation and regulations and other requirements to which the Company subscribes which relate to its environmental aspects.​
• Prevent pollution, reduce waste and minimize the consumption of resources.
• ​Educate, train and motivate employees to carry out tasks in an environmentally responsible manner.
• ​Encourage environmental protection among suppliers and subcontractors.
• ​Provide resources, including human resources and specialized skills, organizational infrastructure, technological and financial resources, essential to the implementation and control of the Environmental Management System.
• ​Pursue continuous improvement in environmental performance, where reasonable practicable, by setting objectives and targets, especially in addressing the areas of resource use, reduction of energy and water, increasing re-use and recycling and improving waste management methods.
